All works are guaranteed and replaced or refund is made in case of damage or error made while printing. A customer's satisfaction is of utmost importance. After each transaction, you can access a small survey to tell us how we did. Books are usually made and shipped within 2-3 days of completed purchase via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with tracking. For Holiday season or special occasions like Mother's Day, books can take up to a week to ship.
